HOW TO SHOP ONLINE:  So far, we are only selling one CD, but generally speaking... just browse through the pages of jimo.tv.  When you see something you like, press the "order CD" or "Click here to buy" button. 

YOU ORDER IS PROCESSED BY "CC NOW"  When you order, the item goes into your "virtual shopping cart" at the CC Now web site (www.ccnow.com)  Don't forget to "check out" by pressing the "Pay & Finish" button.  This is where you enter your credit card information. 

SECURITY- CC NOW:  CCNow administers the shopping cart, the credit card transaction processing, and customer service functions for jimo.tv.  CCNow uses SSL encryption (Secure Sockets Layer) in their shopping cart software and Address Verification Service (AVS) on all credit card transactions.  Credit card details are handled exclusively by CCNow.  jimo.tv does not have access to customers credit card information.  CCNOW will appear on your credit card billing statement. 

PRIVACY POLICY:  jimo.tv does not disclose any of our customer information to any third parties unless required by law, neither does CCNow.  Please refer to CCNow's privacy statement as well. 

METHOD OF PAYMENT:  CCNow accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club, JCB and even Pay Pal ! 

SHIPPING CHARGES:  There is a $2.50 shipping charge for the first CD.
Shipping for 2 CDs = $3.00,  3 CDs = $4.00,  4 CDs = $5.00,  5 CDs = $6.00
6 or more CDs = 7.00 for the whole order  (Multiple CDs to the same address.)

REFUND POLICY: jimo.tv gladly accepts returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.  CD's must be returned unopened.  Refunds do not include shipping charges.
